• A request for a refund of a Monthly meeting payment or ½ day conference payment up to seven business days before the event will be credited at 100% to use toward a future meeting.

• If you are unable to attend the meeting but are able to send a colleague in your place, we encourage you to do so. There is no cost to make a substitution and substitutions can be made at any time.

• GMHRA Membership dues are nonrefundable.
