The courts have had an active year, and while gridlock seems to be the accomplishment of both Congress and the Legislature, there are many noteworthy changes that have altered the employment landscape. In this interactive workshop, attorney Andrew Maass will provide an informative review of the major legislative and legal changes of the last year that impact employers, as well as a look at pending legislation and what it seeks to change allowing employers to think strategically about how to respond should any of this legislation pass into law.
